Canada based traders know about these types of fees.
Like I said name an online broker that will accept physical certs of a penny stock,LET ALONE ONE PRICED BELOW A PENNY.
Add in sub- penny priced.
Then add in a restricted legend.
Talk about DD being king. Do some.
