Dont know that this is a scam...I did call the company and the phone is still connected..Left a message but no one called me back but,,, that is fine,, I know this winter is brutal and and the company is dong all it can in very severe conditions..I would expect to hear somethng mid spring when the snows are melted and the ground is somewhat dries up..We will see
