Are you aware of when the R/S was approved by a majority shareholder vote? I find the thick layers of the many referenced exhibits contained in AMZG's filings, a frustrating endless maze, compounded by several POS AM changes also being made.
You are correct in that the current exit seems to be much more orderly than one would expect. This is possibly due to AMZG's the very low institutional holdings excluding management. I imagine once this final pricing and R?S announcement is officially released, things will start moving very quickly.
I wouldn't touch this unless the post split trading brings AMZG into the $5.10 or less range. Even then I would keep my finger on the sell button.
