Did Team Nation Holdings buy this company?
Because the Balance Sheet that TEMN just published as their own reflects an asset described as "Investment in IBG LLC" with a value of $357,027.88.
On 7/20/12 this company, Emperial Americas Inc., filed a press release with the headline "Emperial Americas and Imperial Beverge Group Executives Announce Joint Operating Strategy". (Yes, a misspelling in the headline.)
The first sentence of that PR was:
"Emperial Americas, Inc. (OTCBB: TEXX) today announced a joint operating strategy with Imperial Beverage Group, LLC that will be a result of the consummation of the planned acquisition announced yesterday."
I can only guess that the "IBG LLC" on the Team Nation Holdings Balance Sheet is the same Imperial Beverage Group, LLC that Emperial Americas announced the planned acquisition of, but information about how it got there and when whatever transaction occurred that had that result appears not to exist. There's nothing on the file of Imperial Beverage Group, LLC with Texas that indicates a change of ownership...its original officer (Blanton Schell) remains on file. The website hasn't changed since the publication of the PR and doesn't show any new news items since 2005.
How did a company that Emperial Americas announced a plan to have some kind of relationship with, without ever providing the details of that relationship, apparently end up as Team Nation Holdings largest asset by far?
