Well, I think BK is highly unlikely. It would take a perfect storm of events.

Assume the value of the assets is really $10 per share. Most stocks trade at a multiple of net value. If management can show they are decreasing leverage this year then SD could start trading at a multiple instead of a discount. I think the low teens is not unreasonable at all. But they have to work on the leverage and reduce the cost to borrow.
