DSCR mini DD!:

"then why not have multi p.r.'s on the same day, that would do it"

Agree~ But it's up to management~ I wish we could have multiple PRs in one day or in one week too =) ~ But DSCR is a legit co. and not some POS PnD~ CEO sacrificed his 1 bil shares for the shake of the co. & stakeholders...Instead of diluting or pulling R/S, etc~ The CEO is working hard to turn DSCR into a high multi pennies POS =)

Management has also engaged an Auditing firm to commence a 2 year look back audit of its accounting in preparation of becoming a fully reporting issuer and achieving OTCQB status. "We have provided an initial deposit to engage a CPA firm to begin the audit process. We believe this in an important step in building shareholder confidence and will help us continue providing increased transparency to the public." commented Mr. Smith.

"Furthermore, Mr. Smith added, "The Board of Directors is currently reviewing and cautiously considering the benefits of reducing the number of common shares issued by an exchange of certain common shares for Preferred shares and will keep the shareholders apprised of these discussions."

Following those PRs, The CEO actually decided to give up his shares~ The gentle is a man who "walk the talk"!

"Discovery Minerals Ltd. (OTC Pink: DSCR) is pleased to inform its shareholders that pursuant to the news release yesterday, Mr. Russell Smith, CEO has elected to return his entire issuance of One Billion shares of common stock back to treasury in exchange for other equivalent financial instruments. "

"Discovery Minerals Ltd. (OTC Pink: DSCR) is pleased to update its shareholders on recent events involving its wholly owned subsidiary, Deer Park Development Corp, a real estate holding company. After careful analysis, management of Deer Park is vigorously looking to secure low cost agricultural land for the production and cultivation and processing of Industrial Hemp and also Cannabis that can be used for medicinal purposes.

The company believes that now is a very strategic time to enter into purchasing farmland and leverage its holdings into the quickly emerging Medical Marijuana industry. Mr. Marty O'Malley, CEO, commented, "The management of Deer Park is actively pursuing discussions and negotiations, targeting potential acquisitions of low cost farm lands in both the United States and Canada with the intention of utilizing this land for broad scale Marijuana production. We believe that with several states being on the cusp of legalization now is the time to increase our real estate portfolio with this particular industry in mind."

DSCR is a real legit mining co. & MJ stock! =)
