PTS, Inc. to Acquire AVC Venture Capital Group, Inc.

PTS, Inc, (the "Company") (OTC Pink: PTSH) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire AVC Venture Capital Group, Inc., a privately held company. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will acquire the subsidiary for an undisclosed amount of stock.

"We are pleased with this agreement," stated Lowell Holden, President and CEO of PTS. "Once we finalize our agreement and acquisition, the Company will be positioned for growth through further acquisitions and internal business development."
