Every thing is falling into place for this stock to go much higher,, Note the mention of reorganizing and changing name.I believe they will work on the share count,but not a reverse split all they do is retire shares,cut the float way down and then it will take off,the company will still have millions of shares, the shares you are holding will not be reversed and you will be rewarded for holding on much more than pennys.I have no inside info, but I have seen this before. Don't be flipping in and out of this stock ,one day pennys next day dollors
