Greetings

Once again I find myself apologizing for being late for an update. I have been busy on several projects and I will try and highlight them here with a little more detail.

As always I hate to post anything about ongoing litigation, but it seems to play a part in taking away from some of my productive time. It is more of a nuisance than anything; a certain lawyer is like a pimple on your back side, not of any real substance, but just a little prick of an annoyance. His days are numbered as he goes into throws of desperation in a mad attempt to justify his existence and relevance. Of course he has little or no relevance in life or the profession.

I have been working on securing a licensing agreement with the company that holds the technology for the manufacturing of composite products, the ovens and other equipment required to build most of the composite components. I think this process will enhance the GB11 and GB 10 construction and allow us to implement improvements on the existing design, make it stronger, lighter and less expensive for the completed product.

I have finished gathering the data for bringing the filings current. I will prepare summary sheets for the accountant and update the quick book files in the coming weeks so we can move forward in bringing the filings current to get us back to trading status. This is my number one administrative task for the first half of 2014.

I have been resurrecting several projects of the past. It appears that several have new found life in our changing economy. Hopefully, I will have more details as winter departs us and we move into spring.
I want to thank those of you that remain in contact and offers words of encouragement and financial support, especially in bringing the filings current and to complete the new demo craft.

I will be back with more soon.
