Here is a link to the latest Quarterly report from October 31,2013. It helps to explain the smack down. Apparently 7695497 shares were issued to ASC Recap LLC to settle some past unpaid bills. ASC probably just dumped the shares for the cash. The first drive down in October was from my selling 300000 shares. ASC didn't have the 7.7 million shares yet. TNEN's royalty interest is an "Overiding" interest. The Alaska royalties have already expired with the leases. The Colorado royalties will expire in 2016.
