Ya know, I always expected David Foley would get out of prison before the SEC and DOJ could get around to sending him back in for NTEK, but with all the shenanigans involving his brother the ice sculptor as "new" CEO and share payoffs to NUMEROUS Foley relatives, I now am coming to think that DAVID RUSSELL FOLEY may not be coming out for a long time if the SEC and DOJ get him to agree to plea deals to spare his relatives.

Now that would be worth the price of admission - if Davy goes to prison thinking he'll be out in 2 years and then winds up doing another 10 for NTEK and not getting out for 12 years.
