IMO, I think a lot of investors and traders are sitting on the side lines waiting for a PR on the results of fracking operations, and sales.

They will be willing to pay more for shares with seeing the results IMO. I plan on adding to my position when that happens myself, if I can get them quick enough before a too much of a run up. I also personally know several people that are watching for positive news before taking a position. You can get them cheap now, and I have added recently, but you are getting a discount because results are unknown until a PR.
