of course accountants do audits

why wouldnt they? But filing an S1 is a complex legal filing and are usually handled by lawyers. Did Zuckerburg file his own S1 from his laptop? No, they had a god crazy team of lawyers do that.

But those are usually filed by securities lawyers, along with the completed audits from the independent auditing firm
