That actually made me laugh :) Slightly jaded over here too... The level of mismanagement is just mind boggling. On the bright side, they are finally doing something!!! There are filings from 3 different fund companies, so it looks like they found some money (I hope!). I found an article a few days ago, see if I can find it again and post it later - it describes the deal with Luca a little more and the timeline for court approval is 2 months. Also HPGS lawyer actually states that they do NOT want the public to know what's going on. There's info they don't want to share with the public just yet. Strange way to run a business. Will try and find the article again...
