Lithium brines - the only economic lithium source that can support mining without significant contributions from other minerals. The economics of obtaining lithium carbonate from brine are so favorable that most hard rock production has been priced out of the market - an accepted fact in the industry based on my research.

Excited about the beginning of a new chapter - 16 employees coming on board from TERO, generate meaningful revenues, reducing the need for added capital by further dilution - removing debt from the books - Sonic Cavitation (technology already exists in other fields - its working for LEXG)

Cavitation is extremely difficult to control from a process standpoint, separating solids in colloidal state - Walsh and his crew have managed to do just that - terrific progress - lithium brine mining is profitable as stated above - proximity to the Devonian LEDUC lithium formation/ fox creek is vital - more waste disposal acquisitions in the region make sense to generate +ve cash flow..

TESLA's surge has helped bring activities at LEXG the much needed market interest - hang in there
