play games with their name and credability. APT has state of the
art engine technology, streaming revenues, growth and growth potential along with outstanding Management that is very transparent. APT does not play shell games.

APT sent me a calendar invite today and we discussed APT/MOTOVOX in detail. HOWEVER, we did not go into the details about public offerings, or in-depth talks about the information presented on the internet and board forums... I was told, however, "I cannot confirm or deny any of the contents in the press release." This HAS TO BE tight lipped due to the severity and nature of this event. People get sued and go to prison for crossing this thin line.

I had a series of questions inquiring about the engineering of their products, what products are generating Millions of Dollars, are other products in the works to capitalize on other 2-stroke engine products, etc.

The discussion went into great depth about the current products (1)SmartCard Engine and (2)Motovox, which have been the primary source of revenue for APT. The SmartCard (2-stroke) was created with proprietary software and from what it seems - there are innovative products in the works... In the conversation the word "prototype" came up several times... having other prototypes in the works and being tested.

OVERALL: The meeting was very positive. I sensed strong commitment and confidence in APT's ability to articulate their products (in immense details), along with understanding THEY'RE GROWING based on the several iterations about "prototypes being tested". This has me thinking engines are going to be more readily available for other 2-stroke engine products (not just dirt bikes).

This company is the Real Deal folks. And even though I could not bring the confirmation home (many of you knew that) I can tell there are big things here in the making. This private company has a very strong vendor and customer base, with prototypes in the works and being tested, etc.

Think about this…. If the company wants to go public it is must quicker and less expensive to R/M than an IPO. You have a shell company (FROZ), who has a small share structure compared to most, and your revenues potential in 2014 is $16M - $20M….
PPS at this level is pennies compared to where we could be very soon…… YES, Pun intended!

Great call today and IMO a "check plus" in the right direction. I was informed, by Mr. Maher, to call his cell phone - should I have any other questions about APT/Motovox.

I hope this addresses some inquiries of the board... and I hope many can understand the severity as to why a confirmation could not be voiced, nor expressed in any other gesture by the company.
