The company’s year end was December 31, 2013 therefore we have to file our 10-K and audited financial statement before March 31, 2014 on the advise of our attorneys, we have held off filing for our symbol with FINRA until after we file our statement and 10-K as FINRA also does a due diligence on our application which would fall right at the same time, which they would reject since we had not completed our filings. Therefore as soon as we file we intend on filing our application with FINRA. Just bad timing is all. We will put out a PR when we have something to tell our investors.

Can someone tell me what taking so long for Can wealth to obtain the trading Symbol, and kick off this IPO ?
