Hi there! Very curious about these filings regarding the investment fund companies, can you (or someone out there) enlighten me?

Ridgeworth Funds and DAVIS NEW YORK VENTURE FUND, INC.? Any ideas what's happening there?

And I totally share your sentiment towards current management, completely unresponsive...what a way to run a company!
