I didn't sell my AVNR to turn it into ARNA because of any bogus SA articles, I did over frustration of owning AVNR for years while it sat around $3.00, thought ARNA was a better way to make money - bad move in retrospect, especially given the price I paid for the ARNA shrs - net loss is around -88% after today's AVNR pop I'm reasonably certain the move will eventually pay off within a couple years, but the further AVNR climbs the higher I need ARNA to go to break even, let alone profit, and that means dead money in ARNA in the meantime, relatively speaking, lost opportunity costs too. Sucks to be me sometimes - s'ok - had 6 other stocks hit 52 wk highs this week, so I'm happy as long as I don't look at that AVNR/ARNA spreadsheet calc!
