might_mouse, seeing VGZ in dollarland by spring may be a tough order to fill, especially since we're already into March. In this environment I'll just be content in seeing gradual share price improvement with no sharp major downdrafts over the near to medium term.

I suppose if the Ukraine situation went south really fast we could see flight to safety en mass and drive up the precious metals prices in short order. This would then likely have a resulting positive move in the miners. Hard to say how all of this would play out.
