With GDSM , here is a company, that is deep in negotiations, final negotiations, on the subsidiary details -- and they simply CAN'T ANNOUNCE ITS FINISHED until its FINISHED. You have a shelf offering, ownership to work out, and dividend for shareholders etc. it takes time. But it's definitely deep and further along than at any other time before. It's actually too sensitive- he can't just come out and tell you who the company is YET. But we know that are now in Colorado, and has a NAME,
