Hello friends ….... I’m new to this forum and would like to share something with you,, Well let me try and clear the confusion about CDN vs Cloud Hosting vs VPS ….BIG CONFUSION !!!

Let us first read through the definitions of each:

Virtual Hosting (or called Virtual Private Server (VPS)) :
Virtual hosting or called virtual private servers are built over a high configuration dedicated server (example; Hostingking offers the strongest servers with Dedicated CPU: 19,2GHz, RAM: 4096MB, Storage: 80GB, Bandwidth: 24TB .. You can buy their VPS service here http://bitly.com/CDN0VPS0CloudHosting . These servers inherit the properties of a dedicated server, but come at a lower cost. Similar to a dedicated server, you'd still get root access allowing you to install applications as per your preferences.

Cloud Hosting:
Not too different than a VPS, but in this case the virtual servers aren't restricted to a single dedicated server. A cluster of high configuration dedicated servers connected together in a single network are utilized for that purpose. In such a setup an arrangement is done in-a-way that if one of the servers that holds your VM goes offline, your applications or websites get served from a different VM within the cluster hence offering you redundancy and ensuring uptime. Moreover, since a cloud cluster is a large pool of resources clubbed together, users get to user near inexhaustible resources. Cloud Hosting is the best in comparison with Traditional hosting which is loaded with problems; you may check the Cloud Hosting plans with Hostingking[dot]com (the best Hosting services provider that I know). Check their plans in this link http://bitly.com/CDN0VPS0CloudHosting

CDN or Content Delivery Network:
CDN is a technique where your website's files are stored on multiple servers across different geographic locations. Such a setup ensures lower latency and works on a concept to closest to source. For example, if a user requests for a webpage available at your website, the server which is closest would serve it. Depending on the provider, a CDN can be setup over a VPS, Cloud or even dedicated servers across geographies from around the globe. You may check Hostingking[dot]com CDNs offers, they offer the most POP’s and let you Get access to over 51 POP’s worldwide in: America, Canada, Europe, West-Europe and Asia. As well now they are giving 14 DAYS FREE Trial, Check it here http://bitly.com/CDN0VPS0CloudHosting

I hope this would clear your doubts about these three solutions
