UPDATE Read for Info! TSLA, Some Facts and some history

For those who are new here, or those just wanting to understand what is happening here I have tried to compile some important facts here.

First I think it is important to start out with the history. After doing some rather quick research I came upon some old articles from 2010 and the FORD buying AMEL rumors. So for those of you that are interested in this history here you go.

Here is an old forum discussing the trading.

Article - This one is rather interesting and may make some of you salivate. During the takeover rumors some thought AMEL would easily go to $7.25 and with a Ford Motor takeover $125... Yes that is right a ben franklin and then some. Here is a link to the Magazine Print if you are curious exactly why this was.

Though I couldn't find why the takeover did not go through, it still seemed to grab quite the legitimacy. So that is the history summed up, maybe you are starting to see why AMEL has huge potential. Today much is still the same. But now we are dealing with a Car company that solely uses lithium for its autos.

Nevada is one of the states in the final running for the Gigafactory , but in my opinion it seems like THE best place. Most importantly "Not only is it closest to Tesla’s assembly facility in Fremont, Calif. it is also closest to the Silver Peak mine in Nevada’s Esmeralda County."

According to AMEL's last PR they have a stake in this location.

www.finance.yahoo.com/news/amerilithium-announces-technical-report-provides-140000582.html

HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - May 9, 2013) - Amerilithium Corp. (OTCQB: AMEL) ("Amerilithium" or the "Company") announces that it has received a new technical report (the "Report") on the Company's Jackson Wash Lithium Brine Project (the "Jackson Wash Project") in Esmeralda County, Nevada. According to the Report, the Jackson Wash Project has the potential to contain economic lithium resources. As such, the Company confirms the location of its previously identified 4 drill hole locations as part of a permitted 10-hole drilling exploration plan for the Jackson Wash Project that is designed to identify the presence, quantity, and quality of any lithium-bearing groundwater present in the property's subsurface.

and..

Amerilithium has amassed a lithium portfolio consisting of approximately 719,779 acres, including four Nevada-based projects nearby the only lithium producing plant in the U.S., a large project in Alberta, Canada, and a project in Western Australia.

That is just some information that let alone makes AMEL is good stock for investors. Furthermore, we know TSLA wants to power this "gigafactory" with renewable energy like Solar Power. Now, many of you probably have read TSLA and AAPL recently were in talks. And it is now rumored that TSLA AAPL and Panasonic may all be partners on this "Gigafactory" project. The reason I am bringing up Apple is, they have recently set up in Nevada because of its renewable energy opportunies and tax incentives.

From https://www.apple.com/environment/renewable-energy/

Reno, Nevada
Our experiences in Maiden, Prineville, and Newark will help ensure that our next data center, to be located in Reno, Nevada, will live up to the same high standards for environmental responsibility. In Reno, we will take advantage of Nevada’s excellent natural solar radiation and geothermal resources to completely meet the energy needs of our data center.

Musk could of been talking to Apple about their setup and seeing if they could do the same. Of course this is still up in the air, do you own DD about that.

Bottom line is, AMEL has large stakes in Nevada. These stakes are so important that it sparked Ford to possibly of considered it and shot this stock literally to the moon. Today it is a different but similar story, TSLA needs Lithium and Nevada has the only Lithium producing mine in the US. TSLA is all about America I would assume it wants Lithium from America. Nevada seems like the prime location to build such a factory right next to the mineral and closets to Fremont for transportation cost. Apple is setup in NV and almost forgot to mention Apple has a relationship with NV Energy(owned by Berkshire Hathaway) Musk could of easily of been talking to Apple about this relationship, because getting the energy for such a factory will be monumental.

AMEL is a responsible company that reports its activities and is OTCQB not some pinky. Remember everyone this is Lithium we are talking about something WE KNOW for at least the next ten years will be in everything mobile. This is not some MJ sector pump and dump magical green dreaming to da moon and stars and back around three times stock. This is a company that has stakes, has had a past, and if anything lets say Tesla does not choose Nevada. Tesla has sparked a Lithium surge and AMEL can only benefit. If you got this far, thanks for reading it, I hope it helps anyone with questions.
