$RTRAF..It will definitely be a milestone in the permitting process for #Romarco, if the ACE publishes the EIS draft on schedule. I would assume that means their satisfied that they (ACE) have addressed every concerning issues to reduce the mines impact to the bare minimum possible, of course with the help and cooperation of Romarco /Haile gold mine. They have all went through a nit picking, grueling, throw, taking forever process, LOL, truly, shareholders included.

On December 24, 2013, the USACE issued the Technical Bulletin: Focus on Mitigation
This note was included.

Please note that the Corps has NOT made a final decision on the project or the proposed compensatory mitigation plan; a decision on Haile’s permit application will be made when we complete our analysis and document our findings in the Final Environmental Impact Statement and Record of Decision.
