Assuming that kerry, jason, and peter each own 100M shares(and we know the go chart guy got 150M---then their gambit to offer $4,000,000 in preferred stock only would need to be the catalyst to ignite the pps upwards--whereby they only need the pps to hit .0133 as the break even point for them personally---BRILLIANT---if this stock rockets higher--everything over .0133 is gravy as per for the company-E
