Yidam rejects the Seeking Alpha article as grounds for legal action.

These paragraphs from Yidam's letter are so important they should be isolated and quoted:

In light of certain comments made in the Seeking Alpha article, Yidam, Ltd. wishes to clarify that is not the publisher of the article. No party affiliated with Yidam wrote the article. Yidam’s ownership and management are not aware of the identity of the author of the article. Further, neither Yidam nor its management were contacted for comment or contribution of any kind relating to the article.

Yidam does not condone the type of journalism that the article in question represents as it appears to be based upon conjecture and speculation. In addition, many references to the lawsuit mentioned in the article are inaccurate or taken out of context.
