Here's another. ClearTrust showed their true colors......

when Alonzo mentioned "audits". Huffman and Kara both know a review of the records/issuances would have to occur.

They thought Alonzo would try and issues those 1B shares to anyone and everyone and dump them. When he didn't, that's when Huffman sought the replevin hearing. It would have given them a Judge's order saying those shares were "legally" Klein's w/out obtaining a ruling on the "legality" of those issuances.

Had TEMN not been tipped off about the hearing, they may have pulled it off.

Those guys FEAR the audits, and for good reason. And we need those shares declared NULL and VOID. I'm sure Sonfield is working on it.
