trueblue, Maybe someone is trying to buy up all the shares to take over ORRV.

I do know that Scott Heimdal, CEO of ORRV is being sued for the attorney fee's for the emerald trial, along with others. In closing arguments of that Trial in January, Jay's attorney admitted that the emerald find was a fraud.

Scott H. CEO of ORRV is being sued for over a million dollars in attorney fee's, along with Jay's partner in the Fraud, Steve Elchlepp Jr. Jay's Brother who is cooperating with the FBI. Jay's attorney Bruce Silverstein, Paul Sullivan,Peter Tobia, along with others.
