But Dad, that was before the moo shoo pork lunch ... After lunch it was determined that shareholders were unimportant and the survival of the company meant inflating away any form of ownership. So a draconian reverse split was needed after going dark from the SEC was far more important to MDCEs survival. After all what's a public shell for if not minting up a few billion shares and shepherding some new sheep in with press releases and gap openings .. ?
