Enigma says they are building this but they have no financing, so really they are saying they would like to build this. WOLV says they would like to finance it but they have no money. Meanwhile, Boeing has billions of dollars in cash and could easily fund such development if it were truly worthwhile in the marketplace.

WOLV has ZERO credibility and any attempt to convince anybody that they know anything about such technology or have any chance to raise any funding to develop such technology is pure and simple scamming IMO.
