Don't let the name fool you. The company is in the process of a name change to Bakken Oil & Gas Corporation.

The company recently announced the signing of a LOI to acquire Nations Oil & Gas LLC. Nations Oil and Gas LLC, have partnerships in land and several Oil and Gas leases in Uinta and San Juan basins in the State of Utah.

Several reports have suggested that Uintah, Duchesne and Sanpete Counties in North Eastern Counties have recoverable Oil resource in excess of 14.5 Billion barrels of Shale Oil. The company plans completing the definitive agreement shortly and looks to increase the asset value of the company dramatically.

This news is pending and expected to be released early next week! Rumors are that the revenue reports coming are in the BILLIONS!!!

The company also announced a shareholder dividend program. See attached for the last two news releases.

Folks the management team here is laser of cussed and have their eyes on up listing as quickly as possible.

This one is just starting to heat up and is going to run and run hard. If the rumors about the magnitude of the news is accurate I have a short-term target set at .20-.30!! Short term meaning 2-3 weeks!

Folks I put this one in the same category as our recent pick PAWS. Take profits as this runs up but hold a chunk for the long haul.

Management has stated that they have a targeted PPS of $3.00-$5.00 within 12 months!!
