1. Mr. Jose Chavez that used to be part of a company called MSI Inc. as posted "..mysteriously bounced from a company called MSI Inc Then sued by a couple of disgruntled shareholders for Fraud."

2. Mr. Jose Chavez as posted "was annointed as Ceo of CLX medical in May of 2010. Multitude of pr's from that time period are easily accessed through a simple search." Mr.Dan Honing was on the BOD of the same company,..link below

Mr. Jose Chavez made an attempt to incorporate the company under Austin Estate Buyers, when he was only working for the company at the time, without the true owners approval he went along and tried to use the name of the company as well as the website, which shortly was shut down when the true owner found out about it.

4. Mr. Jose Chavez went a different route and announced a merger.

The problem is, the person Dan Honing that owns Austex Pools mentioned in the news, seems to have a terrible record a convicted felon, and the name Jose Chavez is also mentioned in the scams next to another called Rick Salinas ran by the same Dan Honing, in the complaint they are reffered to as "The 3 Stooges"

What is more disturbing is the fact that, as of now Actionview International (the company) does not even show to be registered with Nevada anymore. The only thing related to the name Jose Chavez only Bay Tom comes up, which is not a company any longer.Trough the reverse merger with Austex Holdings the company will have Dan Honig as the CEO,as he is listed below.
