Market makers been buying for some time now, cash getting tight for them, debt has exceeded collateral she will fall it is only when is the big question here.


The market is always slow to react.


Granted if they get the new cable up and running and bringing in new revenue as well as government capital she could be recapitalized and be off and running to new highs.
