I FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE REGARDING THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT. THIS IS THE EMAIL I RECEIVED.

Thank you for your recent inquiry that requests a confidential copy of our private placement memorandum. Due to the overwhelming number of requests we received for this information, and, because we are modifying certain aspects of the positioning of certain of our group companies that are a part of our fund complex, I must inform you that we will be unable to provide you with a copy of the offering circular until approximately March 5.
