They chose this because the business isn't big enough since Ash ran away with parts of the company. I don't think he she be involved anymore even as a transitional board member. It is clear he just wanted HUGE Salary.

DR. ASH ROFAIL - took part of the business elsewhere and that's why they ceased filing. He needs all ties cut and to be completely removed from anything involved.!
