Good time to add since everyone waiting on the next step. Accord to the PR..... restructure will complete in Q2 this year. So that could be April or June. Scared munchkins will sell below .0034 but after all the small potatoes clear out, like today, next rung up was .0059 and higher. The majority holders will stand and wait for real growth potential. Doesn't matter how much longer since most old ONCO investors are waiting 5 years +. I personally lost my shirt on the original company Vianet. Long time ago now glad to see something taking place finally.
