That fits with my speculation that there was no money up front in whatever deal Sanchez was trying to make with 4J's... i recall that we determined 4J's was moving away from the product anyway, and so it only would make sense for them to try to salvage some value from it by letting Sanchez try to bring it back to life... anyway, Sanchez has clearly bailed from ANTs - as Dr. Kautzmann did before him, and as Kozak did before him... it all gives one the sense that the layers of the onion go even deeper than any of us lowly shareholders can even guess.
Since this isnt the proper forum to discuss a different company, all i'll say about that here on this board is that it is a complicated, unclear situation there... made more complicated by the revocation and lack of public information available to investors... much similar to the situation here... but it all amounts to a tempest in a teapot unless and until something starts trading again.
Unfortunately I don't see any evidence to suggest that there are any assets to get in line for in the first place... and regarding the patent that you say is assigned in Kozak's name - Im no expert but I think that if the USPTO were going to issue a patent it wouldn't have taken them 6 years to do it....
