Bonamour, Inc., (OTCQB:BONI) announced today that the Company has
received its Certificate of Free Sale issued by the Personal Care
Products Counsel confirming that Bonamour products comply with all
applicable state and federal guidelines in the United States of America.
This certification is required by many Asian and European countries to
facilitate the approval process for export of Bonamour products to such
countries.

On December 17th, 2013, the Company announced it received CFS
Certification for Singapore and Vietnam. The recent certification of
Malaysia is an important milestone in the marketing strategy for
Bonamour International, LLC, the Company’s sales affiliate and marketing
arm and sales network.





Bonamour, Inc. products are manufactured in compliance with all local
and state laws and regulations and the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic
Act, and, Bonamour, Inc. products are permitted to be sold in interstate
commerce throughout the United States. In the United States, such skin
care products are legally classified as cosmetics, and the U.S. Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) has not promulgated Good Manufacturing
Practice regulations (GMP’s) for cosmetics. However, the Personal Care
Products Council (formerly CTFA) has issued Technical Guidelines in the
areas of quality assurance, microbiology, and pharmacology/toxicology,
as guidance documents in lieu of formal cosmetic GMPs in keeping with
the U.S. cosmetic industry’s commitment in the area of self-regulation.
