Good morning,




The correct address of the former Sonic, I confirmed this with the real estate broker, is 2380 Sheriff Road in College Park, Georgia. Sheriff road is a side street to Old National Highway and although the building faces Old National, the mailbox is positioned on the side street. I visited the location yesterday to verify the address. It was my error as I hurriedly prepared the press release Thursday night to honor my commitment for an early Friday morning release. My apologies for the confusion and an "honest" mistake. I will post pictures of the street sign and building on Tweeter later this morning. The most important part of this decision is that a former Sonic building does exist. It is ours and it will be a Gourmet Chicken Company location.




I do take exception to the investors who attempt to feed on simple errors and those who so easily fall victim to such obvious distortion. Some people were actually saying the Sonic did not exist while others are saying the property "is still for sale." Does the skeptical investor expect the "For Sale" sign to be removed so quickly?




I am only one person multitasking seven days per week to build something great for myself and our investors and although I am not perfect, I am honest. I invested a lot of time finding a location that is free standing with ample parking, good sign visibility, excellent demographics, traffic generators (World Changers, Old Town National Center, Old National Market Place ) and at a fair lease rate. The unit has most of the equipment that I need to prepare the product so I have saved thousands of dollars avoiding equipment purchases. It already has a hood system, fryers, ice machines, grills, grease trap, sinks, flooring, ceiling, wall coverings, drive thru window, etc..




Our investors should be focused on the aforementioned positives and not calling fellow investors "Stuckholders" and "Egglayers". We should not place our confidence in people who advocate "race wars". We are better than that and we should disassociate ourselves from such vile positions and people. We are a professional company and will be known for the company we keep! If we are to be successful we can not overreact to simple mistakes and we must understand the very obvious motives of those who say unrelenting negatives to deflate the stock value.




Now that I have cleared up this error I must respond to the latest counteroffer on the next Gourmet Chicken location.
