PNTV vs COMCAST $150M Case Details...

The verdict is still out on whether or not PNTV will win or reach some kind of a settlement concerning how COMCAST is in the process of being sued for $150,000,000 by PNTV for... breaching a contract and violating terms of a consent decree made at the time of the NBCU acquisition. As indicated below, since there is a proposed acquisition on the table from Time Warner Cable to acquire COMCAST, I think it will be considered to be in all parties involved best interest to get to some quick resolution. Comcast has been busy with its proposed acquisition of Time Warner Cable, which will require approval by regulators, but the cable giant will have to find time to deal with a $150 million lawsuit brought in Nevada over an agreement to pick up an on-demand network covering gaming and Las Vegas lifestyle.
