vegasvic, with the SIPC Triple Merger...

With the Triple Merger of SIPC, enough has transpired that is consistent with the tweets on the SIPC Twitter page below that confirms that much is in the works to make SIPC a powerhouse within the Marijuana (MMJ) Industry:
https://twitter.com/SIPC3

There was a tweet that mentioned that SIPC named Mr. Veljko Kolenovic as the new SIPC CEO and such was confirmed through the update of the SIPC Officers and Directors listed within the Nevada (NV) Secretary of State (SOS) website below:
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=IN%252fNfqYlARfBlPdbsjLuQw%253d%253d

Then SIPC posted the link on Twitter indicating that an investment was made through the use of buying 25,000,000 shares of SIPC and such was confirmed from the Form SC-13G filed below:

Now below are the remaining significant things that are remaining to be expected to be accomplished in the very near future per the SIPC Twitter updates in no particular order:
** New website is currently being updated to reflect 3 MMJ Subsidiaries/Companies coming into SIPC.
** Adequate Disclosure documents are being drafted; filing expected shortly.
** OTC Markets documents received; filings will commence shortly.
** SEC filings being worked on.
** New officers to be appointed on SIPC shortly.
** A small hedge fund that exclusively finances marijuana companies and a retail USA based marijuana company are merging into SIPC.
** SIPC announced that the previous coffee business is going to be sold and spun out of the company.

SIPC Website (updates pending as stated above):

I think the current SIPC website is a scene of what’s to come and is only going to get better… much better. I think such is a subliminal hint as a scene for what's to come. Notice how we have 3 MMJ (Marijuana) subsidiaries being placed under/into SIPC from what the company has indicated as I explained above. Now let’s notice the 3 sections that they have indicated within their website (with updates pending) which could be an indication of the 3 directions for the subsidiaries for us to take notice of below:

Cannabis Cultivation

Cannabis Preparations and Products (Consumption)

Legality of Cannabis
