(OTCPINK:HKTU) and it's wholly owned subsidary Platinum Pari-Mutuel Group a software development company specializing in development of an online experience designed to enable users to follow and share information regarding the fast paced global financial marketplace announced today they have signed a contract with a distributor in Mexico, Promotora Latinoamericana de Entretenimiento, S.A. who services 63 Off Track Betting Shops for our horse and dog racing operation. All of the shops are licensed in Mexico.

PPMG will provide Promotora Latinoamericana de Entretenimiento, S.A. the Mexican distributor with content and wagering access to numerous U.S. horse and dog tracks. The company is also negotiating with additional U.S. tracks as well as Europe and the Far East. PPMG expects to start receiving revenue in February 2014.
