Mr. Smith,

A couple of weeks ago I had asked you about Discovery Minerals being
involved in a Medical Marijuana technology prospect and you had a informed
me that this was not something the company was currently pursuing. It was
brought to my attention on the iHub board that Discovery has a subsidiary
that purchases real estate and property assets, is there any truth to the
rumour that you could be sourcing land to be utilized for medical marijuana
cultivation and/or production? I wanted to clarify whether there was any
truth to this rumour as there are a number of companies achieving great
success that are currently purchasing properties to lease to medical
marijuana producers?

Hello XXXXX,

It's true that DSCR has a subsidiary called Deer Park that is in the Real
Estate business and who has interests in golf course development & resorts
and other large acreage projects. However, the management of Deer Park
remains independent and only reports major events undertaken at periodic
meetings. A matter of discussion at such a meeting was the probable
legalization of Marijuana processing in the near future and that Deer Park
would be ready to capitalize on such an event.

To those who are PMing and asking about if the stock is being diluted, here is your answer. NO NO NO. Here is a run down of the numbers from the T/A as they issue the stock and are presently not gagged by the company.

All numbers are rounded

2.9 Billion A/S
1.3 Billion O/S ( As 1 billion of restricted shares are being returned to the Treasury from the CEO and the paperwork takes about 7 working days roughly before it will be updated with the T/A )
300 Million of the O/S is still restricted


So only about 45% of the A/S is issued which is nothing. That brings me to answering the question that some have about if there will be a R/S? ALL I CAN SAY IS REALLY!!!! THE ISSUED SHARES ARE ONLY ABOUT 45% OF THE A/S AFTER THE 1 BILLION RETURNED SHARES BACK TO THE TREASURY. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THEY R/S THAT. Below is an email from the CEO answering that question ( I felt like an idiot asking it but did so on the behalf of a few posters ).
