I suspect the t-trades are dumping. Some of the intraday selling is no doubt also being done by buyers of the offering. But not all of it. And since some people are, for reasons beyond my comprehension, actually buying, I'd guess, like you, that it will take several months for all 30 billion to be dumped into the market.

But 30 billion is an absolutely enormous number.
