The oil contract already in place with ConocoPhillips through Ebbros Energy, is presently for the duration of one year with an Evergreen clause”. This could be changed to a five-year contract once we deliver the first few truckloads of oil.
The oil contract was announced in May/2013 and has since been removed from the website so who knows if it even exists any more.
