I did a comparison between ORC and some competitors (Most notably AGNC), and if that comparison means anything, ORC's 4th quarter results are extremely good. The market open will tell us what investors thought of the results.

Given ORC is doing another public share offering soon, they have confidence in their ability to make money. They are growing the company rapidly and investors are buying into it simultaneously. This tells me ORC's business model is capable of sustaining growth and high yielding dividends. We'll know more as time progresses. Hopefully we have some wise accountants here who can comment.
