IMO - this is far more serious than the civil cases.
Eventhough I do agree with redshirt8 that the IRS can be more lenient than some may think, this will not simply "go away". For one, it's a heck of a lot of money.
Secondly, even a Bankruptcy doesn't remove a tax lien.
Lastly, could be criminal charges filed.
I didn't pick up on this Lien because it is listed in the Indexed Records and not the Circuit Court Records that I usually look at.
