I would HIGHLY ENCOURAGE all investors of Titan Medical to spend the time and read the prospectus supplement - English dated 2/10/14. It can be found on sedar.com and is 28 pages in length.

It gives great information about # of outstanding common shares, warrants, max proceeds from offering (plus the 15% extra), specific target costs and timelines between now and commercialization. It is somewhat lengthy but a really solid read. A must IMO if you hold 1 share or 100,000 shares of TITXF!
