You should check out Google's first office. Oh wait it wasn't an office it was a Garage that they rented out and put all there hardware in there and started it up like that.Some people even gave them Millions of dollars even though they were just in a Garage.

Apple also started in a garage. Some dude showed up to Apples offices one day, oops I mean Garage and gave them hundreds of thousands of Dollars to invest in.

Look at them now masters of the Universe!
