This stock is showing stability here now. And there is a 3 year pattern which is normal for a dormant stock. This could be starting a whi\ole new track.

In charting this shows a double peak 3 years ago, with a huge triangle wedge. At the very far point were we are now, the last point which formed in te triangle is supposed to have next to nothign volume.
